Q) What is the minimum order quantity for printing?
A) Our minimum quantity for ordering is 1!

Q) Can I supply my own garments?
A) You are welcome to supply your own garments, however please note that we purchase items manufactured for decoration. In most cases our clients find it cheaper to buy from us than elsewhere.

Q) Can I have garments individually bagged?
A) Yes. This is done on request Cost 15p per bag

Q) Can I have garments individually labelled?
A) Yes, this is done on request. Cost 15p per label. Details normally asked to be put onto individual garments: Name, Garment, Size & Colour.

Q) Can you supply woven labels for garments.
A) We have a company who will make woven labels for us.

Q)"I don’t know if you can print onto the type of fabric I have, can you test print it for me?"
A) Yes

Q) Can we see a sample first
A) Samples are available on request, subject to the set up costs plus cost of garment & print/embroidery charges where applicable.

Q) How will you dispatch my order to me?
A) We will send your order by courier.

Q) I don’t have any original artwork, can you help?
A) We can usually recreate artwork, which at the very least will be very close to the original. Please note that artwork services are charged for so the clearer the information you can supply us with the better.

Q) How can I send you my artwork?

A) We use both mac and pc (See ARTWORK SPECIFICATION SHEET)

Q) We don’t have any artwork can you design something for us?
A) Yes, Tell us what you like, name, colour/s mood and we will draft some designs for you, We allow up to 2 hours free design work for business orders, this has proved to be sufficient for most of our clients, changes alterations etc take up time so please work with us to keep your artwork charges to a minimum.
